2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
You must provide accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once confirmed.
Kasni Cabs reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

All payments must be made as per the fare displayed during booking.
Additional charges (such as tolls, parking, waiting time, or night charges) may apply.
Payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled pickup time.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for last-minute or no-show cancellations.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must ensure that all personal belongings are collected before leaving the vehicle.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited in all Kasni Cabs vehicles.

6. Service Limitations

Kasni Cabs shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee availability in all locations at all times.

7. Safety & Conduct

All our vehicles are GPS-monitored, and drivers are verified for safety.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other staff.

8. Data Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kasni Cabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
